The Savannah Bananas are back and ready to swing into another unforgettable year of Banana Ball. The fan-favorite, yellow-uniformed team announced its 2026 tour schedule Thursday night — and it’s packed with surprises, new teams, and some of the biggest stadiums in baseball.
Season Launch at Florida State University
The Bananas will open their 2026 season in February with a three-day event at Florida State University. All six Banana Ball teams will compete across two venues — Dick Howser Stadium and Doak Campbell Stadium — marking the first time the full lineup will take the field in one city to kick off the year.
Legendary Venues on the 2026 Tour
After the Florida opener, Banana Ball will travel across the country, bringing its high-energy style of play to some of the sport’s most historic ballparks. The tour includes stops at Wrigley Field in Chicago, home of the Cubs, and Yankee Stadium in New York, where the Yankees play.
Two New Teams Join the Banana Ball Family
The organization also announced the addition of two brand-new touring teams — the Loco Beach Coconuts and the Indianapolis Clowns — expanding the Banana Ball lineup even further.
They’ll join returning crowd-pleasers like the Party Animals, Firefighters, and Texas Tailgaters, who entertained fans across packed stadiums during the 2025 season.
Ticket Lottery Now Open
Fans hoping to catch the Bananas live can now join the 2026 ticket lottery, which opened Thursday night and will remain available until October 31.
According to the team’s social media post, the Ticket Lottery List went live immediately following the Banana Ball City Selection Show — and joining that list is the only way to secure tickets for the upcoming tour.
The 2026 City Selection Show

The team revealed its 2026 schedule during the “Banana Ball City Selection Show,” broadcast on ESPN2, Disney+, ESPN+, and the Banana Ball YouTube channel. The special highlighted new destinations, upcoming matchups, and behind-the-scenes clips of the Bananas’ growing entertainment empire.
A Unique Take on America’s Pastime
Since their start in Savannah, Georgia, in 2016, the Bananas have redefined what baseball can be. Their exhibition-style games combine real competition with choreographed dance breaks, crowd interaction, and comedic stunts — all designed to keep fans laughing, cheering, and completely engaged from first pitch to last.
Viral clips from Banana Ball games regularly dominate social media, turning the team into a cultural phenomenon.
Founder Jesse Cole summed up the idea perfectly in a past interview:
“I played baseball my whole life, and sometimes I got bored watching it. So we asked, how can we make every moment exciting — something fans just can’t look away from?”
With two new teams joining the roster and appearances at iconic stadiums across the nation, the 2026 Banana Ball Tour promises to be bigger, louder, and more entertaining than ever.
Get ready — the Bananas are once again proving why they call themselves “The Greatest Show in Sports.”
